今年も、八木市民センターでイラスト教室を開催します。
今回は、アクリル絵具でイラストを描いて貰って、それをトートバッグにします。
やって貰う事は、絵を描くだけ！
後は、こっちがやりますので、ご安心下さい。
ただ、印刷には、少しお時間を頂きます。その点だけ、ご了承ください。
いきなですが、僕には、小説家を目指して頑張っている友達がいます。
彼が、今年就職をして、そのお祝いにエルミナさんで作ったオリジナルのマグカップをプレゼントしました。

イラストはまずまずの出来でしたが、デザインに不安がありました。
入稿してからも、「デザイン、大丈夫かな？」と心配でした。
そして、彼に渡す前、完成したマグカップをチェックしました。
で、開封してみると、予想以上に良い出来で、「よかった〜。」と胸を撫で下ろしました。
その時、「イラストの面白さって、ココだな」と思いました。
良いイラストを描けた時、飛び跳ねるくらい嬉しいです。
でも、グッズになって、それを初めて見る開封の瞬間も負けじ劣らずの嬉しさがあります。
これまで、「イラストの面白さを知って貰う」をイラスト教室のコンセプトにしていましたが、グッズを作る楽しさをまだ、実感して貰っていないな、と思いました。
そこで、今回は、トートバッグ製作をお題にしました。
その後、マグカップは小説家を目指している友達に無事届いて、とても喜んでもらえました。
「イラストを描いて、喜んで。グッズが出来て、喜んで。プレゼントして、喜んでもらって、喜んで。グッズ作りは３重で楽しいな」と思いました。

【NOTICE】The Fun illustration class
I will be holding an illustration class again this year at the Yagi Civic Center.

By the way, I have a friend who is working hard to become a novelist.

The illustrations were reasonably well done, but I had some concerns about the design.
Even after I submitted the manuscript, I was worried, “Is the design okay?”
Then I checked the finished mug before handing it to him.
So, when I opened it,It was better than I imagined!
At that time, I thought, “This is the fun of illustrations.”
When I draw a good illustration, I feel so happy that I jump up and down.
However, the moment I open the package and see it for the first time after becoming a product, I feel just as happy.
So far, the concept of the illustration class has been to “learn the fun of illustration”, but I think that the fun of making goods has not yet been realized.
So, this time, I made a theme of tote bag production.
After that, the mug was delivered safely to my friend, and he was very happy with it.
I thought,”First, drawing illustrations is fun. Next, it’s fun to become goods. Finally, it’s fun to give as a gift. Illustrations are triple and fun.”
I will do my best to make it a fun classroom, so if you are interested, please take care of it.
