あけましておめでとうございます。
昨年は、新型ウイルスで本当に大変な年でした。
幸運にも、私や私の周りで感染者は出ませんでした。
けれども、収入が減ったり予定していた展覧会が中止や延期になったりと、少なからず私にも影響がありました。
昨年を振り返ってみると、すごく大きな出会いがありました。
一人が絵本の大学教授で、もう一人が出版社の方々です。
絵本を見ていただき、出版社さんからは絵本を出版して売ると言う視点から、先生からは高い専門性から、貴重なアドバイスをいただきました。
出版社と先生から学んだ事を生かして、今年こそはボローニャ国際絵本原画展で入賞したいと思います。
ボローニャで入賞する！

Happy New Year.
Last year have been really tough because of the Coronavirus.
I and everyone around me are OK.
But my income has decreased and our exhibition postponed.
That I met two important people the best thing last year.
One is the publisher and the other is the professor of picture books.
I could get the valuable advices.
I wish that I put effort into making picture books.
And I received the Bologna Illustrators Exhibition award.
It’s this year’s challenge and goal.
