2021年くらいから、貴船のお土産物屋さん、貴船ギャラリー様に商品を置かせて頂いています。
最初は、植物画のポストカードだったのですが、2022年くらいから、貴船神社や川床を描くようになりました。
そこそこ好評で、植物画よりよく売れています。
伝説によると、約1600年前に初代神武天皇の皇母である玉依姫命が、現在の大阪湾から船に乗り、淀川、鴨川、貴船川をさかのぼられました。
そして、行き着いた所水源に、祠（ホコラ）を建てられました。
それが貴船神社の発祥とされています。その祠が、今の貴船神社・奥宮です。
1055年に、奥宮から今の貴船神社本殿に本宮が移されました。
移築されたのが今の貴船神社の本殿です。
僕は、貴船神社も好きですが、奥宮も神秘的な魅力があり、とても好きです。
すごく、霊的な魅力を感じられる場所です。

I have been placing my products at Kibune Gallery, a souvenir shop in Kibune, since around 2021.
Initially, I had botanical postcards, but around 2022, I started painting Kibune Shrine and riverside platforms called “kawayuka.” They have been fairly popular and sell better than the botanical artwork.
According to legend, about 1,600 years ago, Princess Tamayori, the mother of the first Emperor Jimmu, traveled by boat from the current Osaka Bay and ascended the Yodo River, Kamogawa River, and Kibune River.
She eventually reached the source of the river and built a small shrine called “hokora” there, which is considered the origin of Kibune Shrine.
The present-day Kibune Shrine and its inner shrine, Okumiya, are said to have been built on that site.
Okumiya of Kibune Shrine was established in 1055, and later the main shrine was moved from Okumiya to its current location. The current main shrine is the one at Kibune Shrine.
I personally love both Kibune Shrine and Okumiya. They have a mystical charm and exude a strong spiritual aura. It’s a place where you can truly feel a sense of spirituality.
